- Shipping & Delivery
- Once we receive payment for your order we can usually ship it in two business days (not including week ends or holidays. We use Priority Mail for most packages and for heavier packages we usually utilize the services of UPS.
- Returns & Replacements
- We do accept returns in certain situations or if for some reason the item is damaged: You must contact our office within 3 days of receiving the item you wish to return; the item must be in new, unopened condition. We charge a 15% restocking fee and do not reimburse for any of the shipping costs. If you need to return an item please contact our office first to make sure of the details and packaging instructions.
- Ordering
- The quickest way to receive your order is to place it online and pay for your items with the services of PayPal. However, if you would prefer to send a check or money order that would be fine -- just remember to send a copy of your order with your payment. If you decide to send payment by check it will delay your order by several days as we must wait until the payment is cleared by the bank

- .Check out the assortment of fun, farm pictures - submit your own farm pictures if you would like them featured on our website. All pictures are considered, but not all are chosen for publication. If you do submit a photo with pictures of people, please submit a form signed by each individual pictured granting you permission to submit the photo to our website for publishing purposes. Please do not submit any copyrighted materials. Please also send a return address and phone number in case we have any questions. Please note: We cannot return any pictures submitted unless you also send a postage paid envelope along with your picture. Submit all pictures by mail to Better Barnyard, 15450 S. 4210 Rd., Claremore, OK 74017.
